Really enjoyed my stay, staff were friendly, rooms were clean, breakfast was nice. I would stay again and recommend others to stay. Also late checkout available to 4pm! Amazing

It’s a really great location and there’s loads of staff to help. The double bed is quite high up a ladder and we were supposed to have a sofa but, it’s more like a cushioned bench and they forgot to give us bedding. But for the price, nice staff and the location, I would go again.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. The hotel was clean, staff helpful and overall I felt it was good value for money. There were a few things still being ironed out as the hotel has just opened, but I think once these are addressed this will be a great base for exploring London.

The first room I was given wasn't serviced, the second wasn't really clean. The escalators at the front didn't work and there was no alternative. The air con didn't work on the first night making it terribly hot, the second it was constantly on cold.

This is a new hotel, it was clean and in a brilliant location. The staff however are not at all helpful and very much not prepared to help guests. I went to check in at the self check in, this was impossible and I hit call a staff member 3 times before I got irritated and went over to the bar where 3 staff members were stood chatting. Out of them only 1 knew what they were doing. There was no welcome drink offered which is what I have previously when I stayed at Moxy hotels. I was asked if I actually needed the sofa bed set up. I checked in for 3 guests, 2 adults and a child who is 6 which the hotel knew prior to me checking in, yet the hotel was only prepared for 2 guests. After asking twice at check in I got to my room to have no sofa bed set up despite them telling me they had sorted it. The room was clean and nicely laid out. The amenities are great and the loft bed was extremely spacious and comfy. The sofa bed (once actually made up) was rock hard and impossible to get comfortable on. To the point my other half ended up having a terrible nights sleep as my daughter slept in the loft bed with me. In the lobby the escalator going down was not working, I am not the biggest fan of escalators to start with and the steps are deep and it’s a steep decline especially for my daughter with little legs, this is not at all safe and should be rectified immediately! Also there was no breakfast despite being given the option upon booking.

L’hotel è nuovissimo e molto molto pulito e soprattutto appena entri c’è un odore buonissimo!!! Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile a ogni richiesta… ci siamo trovati molto bene perché è super centrale e ben collegato… camere spaziose con finestre (non apribili) ma le camere sono bene areeggiate e non ci sono cattivi odori… che dire avrei dato 10 ma purtroppo l’unica cosa che mi ha fatto cambiare parere è stata la poca sensibilità avuta nei nostri confronti a fronte di una grave emergenza, con mia sorella operata in sala operatoria, dove ho chiesto all’hotel di poter estendere di un solo giorno la nostra permanenza, non per noi che eravamo entrambi in ospedale e non potevamo muoverci, ma perché avevamo lì le nostre valigie e non potevo fare il check out il giorno dopo per via della situazione di emergenza… purtroppo a loro non è fregato nulla e mi hanno chiesto 227£ per una notte per tenere le valigie… sono rimasto davvero deluso e sconcertato che anche i medici dell’ospedale sono rimasti di stucco per tanta insensibilità! Però detto questo non posso dire che l’hotel non sia bello, anzi è molto curato, nuovo e ben tenuto e il personale che ci lavora è molto gentile…. Però per questo affronto indelicato non ci ritornerei mai più! Sono ferito nell’animo per come il manager ha gestito la cosa!

Staff all amazing! Fabulous location. Loft room well designed, to maximize use of space. Single bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on, more of a hard sofa than a bed, way too hard to sleep on.

Een nieuw team die nog aan het inwerken was. Desondanks hebben we een goeie ervaring gehad. Behulpzaam, vriendelijk en attent. Hartstikke leuke service gehad. 2 keer van kamer verwisseld ivm airco problemen. Mooie kamer gekregen uiteindelijk en heerlijk geslapen. Het hotel is centraal gelegen, heel veel op loopafstand mogelijk. Ook dicht bij Metro Station. Echt een aanrader. Top!

This hotel has just opened but everything was great from start to finish. Only issue was that the heat wasn’t working and i had to be switched to another room. I love Moxy hotels so i will be staying here on my next trip to London
