Beautiful property with a fun snd exciting location! Exceptionally well trained staff answered our every need!
Great experience!!! Lovely staff and room is beautiful
Excellent location. Great staff Rooms were small, but well appointed. Very clean comfortable bed. Close to major subway station, and many downtown attractions Would book again in a heartbeat.
In their defense the building is under renovation but it does not look anything like the pictures on website. Walked right by it.
Everything was good. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The breakfast was good.
Tiny NYC rooms but pleasant staff. Clean facilities
Our twin bed room was clean and modern. The front desk staff Sophia helped us with questions and printing tickets. Luggage storage made our days so much better
Close to subway stations and Wall Street. Rooms are super small, could have used more hanging space in the wall or something, giving the room was so small. Its placed in a small plaza that had homeless people sleeping in throughout the entire week (I guess that is NYC).
The room was small but so well designed that it did not feel cramped. Everything was very modern and the bar on the 3rd floor was amazing. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. The location was near a major subway station so getting around was super simple. I would highly recommend this hotel ...
