“1. I tried to check in 2 hours early. I have never been denied early check-in by any hotel I have been to. She said there are no king bed rooms ready. I told her I did not mind a room with 2 queens but I am going into a training from 2pm-8pm so I'd like to check in and freshen up. She said, no rooms at all were ready. Really? 2 hours before check-in, not 1 room ready? She offered no other options and was not sincere when she said she could not do anything for me. I asked if I could freshen up in……

“Pros; The rooms were clean and beds comfortable.
Con: The breakfast is pretty much like a snack area. The hard boiled eggs and sausages are like rubber bouncy balls. It would be nice to have a cereal not covered in sugar,
Busses and semis take all the parking spaces if you come in late at night. They should park across the street at the mall.”

“October 15–17. I am writing about several concerns with our room and the response I received from the front desk.

We initially thought it might be related to the AC being set low, but after being away all day October 16, we returned to find the carpet still completely soaked. The room has also felt stuffy and had an unpleasant smell since we arrived.
At approximately 9:30 a.m. on……
