It’s proximity to redfern village (restaurants, coffee shops, etc) is second to none on the island. The condo was recently updated and everything in the condo was pretty much new. The complex is very quiet and the pool rarely had anyone in it which was nice. Our only complaint was that the master bedroom runs hotter than the rest of the house, but Michele said she would have an HVAC contractor address the issue.
