Attractive, looked just like the pictures. Manager was flexible with our time of arrival, and arrived punctually to meet us. We were awaken by the sound of drilling all mornings at 7am. It is close to Brussels North station, and to trams and buses to get around the city. The area is not too pleasant, with little in the way of shops and restaurants, but good transport links help. One, the listing stated soap and shampoo provided, but there was no shampoo and only a small bar of soap that looked to be more for washing hands at the sink vs. bathing. Not a huge deal, but if none was to be provided, it would have been nice for the listing to state as such. Two, the check in was OK, perfunctary. We had to wait outside. All in all, nice place.
