“Communication and check-in were seamless. The apartment was very clean. We were a little cold and Jason brought a space heater right away. Great location just on the edge of the village. A couple considerations for future visitors: Exterior photo on VRBO is not the actual location, it’s of a building on the scenic canal; the apartment is a very small studio with minimal room for luggage, and small kitchen. Perfect for one person or short stays. ”

“We ariver at 11:30pm after a 6 hour drive. In the lobby had a sign that read "We are fully booked. All revervations are cancelled." We found out from someone staying there that no one had even been at the front desk in 2 days. Everything was sold out in the area and we had to drive 40 minutes away to find another room. I was on the phone with Expedia/VRBO to get my money back for an hour and 45 minutes just to be told by a "supervisor" that they couldn't refund my money and the best option……
