Good location. Shower in room was super low flow; like a mist. The bed wasn’t too comfortable. For the price it was okay.

Nice place to stay…linens were all nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, but the pillows were a bit too soft for my liking. If you like a more supportive pillow bring your own, but honestly I would stay here again. The water pressure in the shower was great…plenty of parking and there is a restaurant within walking distance…Rachel’s Roadhouse…food was so good!!

Room smelled like urine, had to change rooms three times due to poor cleaning. There are urine stains around toilet and across floor and shower was filthy. Parking was easy, staff was helpful and attentive. Breakfast was fine the one day it wasn’t out of food.

The room we were first in the rooms deadbolt lock was broken so we were locked in our room. I had to call front desk for someone to come unlock the door from outside which they ended up breaking it open so now door didn't lock at all and wasn't offered to be changed to another room. We had to go down to front desk to complain about it for a room change. No one even cared that this is a major fire hazard being locked inside a room. Now in new room and the waterheater is broken we call to front desk and the whole property's waterheater is out from Friday afternoon to Saturday night ! Needless to say cold shower and we were staying here for our daughter's wedding on Saturday. The free breakfast was sub par waffles but no syrup they told me someone took the syrup so they didn't have any. Juice was out, a lot of food options were out. The service was terrible and they are one of the more expensive hotels in this area since they are close to wedding venues.

The toilet seat is extremely loose. The toilet paper holder is ready to fall off the wall. And for a handicapped restroom, the floor is too slippery for a cane.

Nice for a quick stay. Less than 2 miles from hospital. Clean room. But didn't get fresh towels the next day. Sign in bathroom said to leave on floor if you need fresh towels. I probably read it wrong. Breakfast was standard and decent. Staff at front desk was friendly and polite. I would stay again in October for wife next surgery.
