The staff were friendly and helpful when processing check in and check out. However, one day there was a water leak from entrance ceiling of my room in early morning. The staff seemed not patient when respond to my reporting and questions of the leakage. "

The woman at the front desk immediately put me at ease, telling me, “Your room is ready—you have a view and a balcony. Enjoy.” When I opened the door, I found my dream room—exactly as pictured, if not better. Traveling solo, I felt genuinely cared for, and the level of grace and hospitality exceeded all my expectations. I’m so grateful to have discovered this gem. Thank you to the entire staff for going above and beyond—you made this experience truly special. "
