The staff were friendly and helpful when processing check in and check out. However, one day there was a water leak from entrance ceiling of my room in early morning. "The pool was unfortunately OoS, which was such a disappointment as I had booked this hotel for that very purpose. I would have tremendously enjoyed the hotel and the location but I was just really sad. Apparently, the hotel signalled it while booking but I did not see it. Otherwise all was fine except 3 minor inconveniences: 1) electricity went out at some point for about 20 min 2)there was noise in the shower throughout the night 3)my espresso caps and milk were not refilled. Having said that the staff was very friendly and helpful."

The view is obstructed and I wish it would have detailed that in the description because I would’ve booked somewhere else. The front of the property is under construction so it’s very loud. "
