“Very nice hotel and great staff! ”

“NO DOOR IN BATHROOM can be an issue. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location, walking distance from the center of Puerto Viejo. However, we had an issue upon arrival. We booked a room for three adults, and the photos on Expedia clearly showed a bathroom with a door. Instead, they tried to give us a room with no door to the shower or toilet, and the beds had a direct view into the shower. This was never mentioned anywhere. This setup might work for a couple, but it’s very uncomfortable for……

“ Considero importante tomar en cuenta que no queda cerca de la playa. Queríamos hacer late check out pero no lo permitieron indicando que no tenían habitaciones a pesar de que por esta app tenían varias opciones de habitaciones disponibles. No se puede tener alimentos, hielera o similar en el área de piscina. En resumido si solo deseas descansar es una opción. Sin embargo las estructuras tienen un serio tema de acústica y todo ruido se potencia y desde las 6am se escucha ruido del personal.……

“Grosses Zimmer mit Aussenbereich von dem aus man die After und Papageie beobachten kann. Freundliches Personal, grosse Auswahl und sehr leckeres Frühstück. Nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt und doch mitten im Wald. Sehr spezieller Ort und jederzeit gerne wieder. ”

“This hotel is incredible. Beautifully designed pool and restaurant/bar area with beautiful lighting at night. Impeccably clean with incredibly attentive staff. Very close to the beach as well, which itself is very quiet. We had an absolutely amazing stay and I wish we could have stayed more days. Everything feels very luxury about the place... definitely stay here if you have the chance!”
