“I booked this hotel in Jan.,unluckily they are closed in low season. But the staff was very helpfully trying to relocate me to other hotel.( They could have cancelled my reservation without asking me. ).
I appreciate very much for high quality of the staffs’ performance. I am pretty sure I would like to stay in their hotel next time when I travel.”

“Das Zimmer war sehr veraltet und zum Teil nicht schön gereinigt.Der Mülleimer war bei der Ankunft voll und es befanden sich Haare in der Badewanne.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Essen war auch gut.Bei Halbpension waren die Getränke beim Frühstück inclusive beim Abend Essen mussten Getränke bezahlt werden.Meiner Meinung nach reicht Halbpension in diesem Hotel völlig aus weil sich im und um dem Hotel genügend Supermärkte befindet.”

“Purtroppo la nostra esperienza al Club Es Talaial è stata al di sotto delle aspettative.
Il problema principale è stato il cibo: buffet poco vario e qualità che non è piaciuta né a me né alla mia famiglia. Ci aspettavamo anche qualche proposta tipica spagnola o maiorchina, come una paella, ma abbiamo trovato davvero poco. Per un All Inclusive è stato l’aspetto più deludente.
Altro punto negativo è stata la pulizia. Passando un fazzoletto bianco su un tavolo della sala ristorante è diventato……

“The pool in the promotional pics doesn’t belong to the apartment block but the beach was only 50 meters away
The apartment was good value for money
The night life on the street below was part of the ambiance of the area and quietened after 11pm
Bring your own condiments and dishwashing if cooking for yourself
Small tv no Netflix etc
