“Overall I would say it's a three-four star hotels and the following are my reasons for this rating: 1) Lets begin with something positive--- the staff there were friendly and helpful. 2)It is definitely 30 seconds walking distance from the beach. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Also 10mins taxi ride from the airport. 3) The wifi is extremely unstable. I had 4G and didnt bother to ask the staff to get it sorted. 4) The bathroom inside my room smells foetid. It must be because of the poor……

“We loooovee staying here. The breakfast was amazing with so many options (the churros being my favorite). It was sooo close to Cala Marsal and it is perfect. The staff was helpful and kind. Our room was lovely and spacious. We did have a plumbing issue, the water coming out of the shower kept changing from super cold to burning hot so that was unfortunate. There was some sewage smell coming out of the bathroom but maintenance came to fix it. Overall though, wonderful place!”

马略卡岛热门酒店点评

萨拉托加酒店

萨拉托加酒店

10/10 优秀
"Very welcoming and kind staff. They offer welcome drinks to the room and each day before night they come and ask if extra towels and water are needed. Many people waiting for check in and checkout at reception where is a bit small. However they do it really quick. One more suggestion is the staff in restaurant where we are having breakfast, they are not that welcoming as the rest of the staff. Still reco this place"
