“Four of us stayed for a week at the Hotel Negresco in August. It's in a very convenient location in Playa de Palma, just across the street from the beach and adjacent to several bus lines going to the city and the airport. The staff members were wonderful: they were always polite, friendly, and helpful, and most were multi-lingual. The room was clean and comfortable, and the pool was well-maintained. “Really lovely hotel, great location in heart of Soller and perfect base to explore local area. We had a family room which was huge so we never felt on top of each other. Lovely roof top pool with stunning views. Staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Only slight issue was the parking. No fault of the hotel but driving in Soller is a bit of a nightmare. Would recommend not bothering with a hire car and use local buses which are cheap and really easy to use.”

“Nice hotel in a great location, in a quieter neighbourhood while still being very central. The rooms are a bit small, but modern, clean and comfortable, and the pool is lovely. Unfortunately, on several occasions the staff were not very friendly or welcoming, and simple questions often seemed to be met as though we were bothering them. This was really the only downside to an otherwise nice stay.”
