"The hotel was beautiful. Our view in the Jr. Suite looking out over the pool and Mediterranean was amazing. They also have ladders from the pool area to the ocean, which is worth enjoying.
The staff were very helpful and professional!
The breakfast offered everything you would want. Fresh juices, cook to order eggs and omelettes and many cheese choices.
The location to local shops and restaurants was in walking distance so very convenient!
Highly recommend this hotel!"

Such a beautiful experience! Property is In a perfect location. Close to the Cathedral and train. There is also a bus station 10 minutes away where you can take day trips to Deía and Valdemossa. Concierge was very helpful. I was there for their grand opening, so it was impeccably clean.

The staff was professional, friendly, charming, ready to do anything to make our stay more enjoyable. The restaurant and morning breakfast was truly extraordinary. At the end of the day our go to was the roof deck and plunge pool. When I plan my next trip to Palma, I will book this hotel immediately.

Very clean and luxurious, BYREDO toiletries, Juliette balcony on 3rd floor room, full length mirror, large walk in shower, lots of counter space, dreamy pool area. All staff very attentive and friendly. Will stay here again if I return to Palma. Highly recommend.

The hotel is well situated, a few blocks from lively areas. They have offsite covered parking for 15 euros a day, which is highly recommended because parking in the neighborhood is complicated. Reserver your parking spot in advance! Our room was clean and in great shape with AC. The staff was extremely helpful, shoutout to Luisa for her enthusiasm, recommendations, and overall great service!

It's quite easy to get around Palm from its location and you have good restaurants around. Av. de Jaume III is about 5-10 minutes away where you can find a lot of shopping options. Old town is also easily to reach by foot.
