Caledonia Vacations from $459

Absolutely atrocious. They charged me $100 more than what I booked the unit for, and the “mountain view” was a parking lot. There was NO view. The room wasnt clean and the room next to me was SO LOUD there was no sound proofing at all. And AFTER charging me extra for the mountain view that didnt exist- they didnt refund the money paid for the upgraded room which I never stayed in. I will never stay here again and i go out there often. Other members of the same wedding stayed here too and were equally disappointed.

The hotel is very nice. The only complaint was we couldn't drink at the indoor pool unless we were hiding it... and there's a live guard too.. Just not used to this at an indoor hotel pool

Great hotel, location, character, and staff.

If you’re looking for a clean, modern room, this was your place. Check-in, however, was a mess. It took a long time, and I was given two different rooms, both of which had not been cleaned from the previous stay. With the first room, I walked in and found someone still inside looking for something he had lost. I have no idea how that happened. The front desk seemed to be blaming someone from another shift, but as a guest, that really isn’t my concern. The third room was finally clean and ready. BIG WARNING: If you plan to pay with a debit card, the property does not accept debit cards. This was not information that was clearly provided to me ahead of time, and it was a frustrating surprise at check-in. Breakfast was mid, especially considering I’ve stayed at quite a few Holiday Inns and know what they are capable of offering. Overall, the room itself was clean and modern, but the check-in experience and payment issue really took away from the stay.
