Absolutely beautiful hotel friendly staff at check in and check out the room was very spacious and spotless with everything we needed in it. We had breakfast on the restaurant and the staff were very frietoo and the food was delicious would highly recommend

We loved our stay at the Palliser - all staff very knowledgeable and helpful - the service was extraordinary and the Fairmont Gold experience was something we will never forget - truly made a memorable holiday for family - thank you - the afternoon canapés and dessert and the breakfasts upstairs and the high tea in the Hawthorn dining room was divine

Love Fairmont Calgary. We had a 1 bedroom suite and really enjoyed the extra space. The fairmont is one block off Stephen ave which has a lot restaurants and pubs and a little over a kilometer to the river boardwalk. Both are great attractions

Central location for hotel of very high standard with very good facilities. Bar and lounge was pleasant with excellent female singer playing guitar on our first night. Breakfast was good but spoiled by intrusive background music. However staff responded to turn it off. Not appropriate for this class of hotel and clientele.
