I was upset that one of the beds duvet covers had a bad stain from a prior guest so we removed from the bed and did not use it. Other than that we had a great stay and the room size and bunkbeds worked well for our family.”

“The property is unclearly labeled as having air conditioning. They have it in the lobby, but not all the rooms. This was a very important variable when we booked the hotel. Additionally, when we called the front desk about other issues, they never picked up the phone. We tried three times after letting it ring for well over a minute before having to go downstairs to speak to them directly. Will never go back.”

“Very clean which was great. No air-conditioning and no fans which during a heatwave made it quite unpleasant. It was absolutely not clear on booking that the pool is over 18s only. The pool was the only reason we picked this property and our 14 and 16 year old were excited to cool off in the pool, to be told they couldn't was hugely disappointing. There appears to be a restaurant but we were told it is not open in the evenings.”
