“Die Wohnung hat wirklich einen super Standort mit tollem Blick auf den Atlantik. Jose hat uns sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen und das Ein- und Auschecken war sehr unkompliziert. Bei Fragen oder Problemen hat Jose immer sofort reagiert.Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und liegt im 3. Stock eines Mietshauses mit Fahrstuhl. Vom großen Essbereich im Wohnzimmer kann man wunderbar auf das Meer schauen, genauso von dem kleinen Balkon aus, auf dem zwei Personen……

“Communication with Manuel was smooth and easy. The location is simply gorgeous. We had the Sherry apt which has a huge balcony with direct views to the Mountains. Location is great especially if you are hiking the higher summits. Pico de Arieiro is well worth getting up early for the Sun Rise. While were there, over 80% of the people were local. Food around is very good and asfffordable”

“The location was perfect - the middle of Zona Velha! We walked all over downtown, and it was super close to the cable car and great restaurants! We loved the patio/deck - nothing fancy but we’d have our morning coffee or afternoon cocktails out there in the open air. The apartment was super nice and the washing machine was very useful. No issues whatsoever. The noise on Sat night was not that bad - bring ear plugs! Would definitely recommend this - GREAT value for $!!”

“This beautiful, spacious, and spotless apartment offers a stunning view and a very comfortable stay. While we personally found the mattresses a bit too firm, that's of course a matter of taste. Do keep in mind that a car is essential here, as there’s not much within walking distance. Fortunately, the apartment comes with two private parking spots, which is ideal. All in all, we definitely recommend staying here!”
