Parking garage is right next to the place, right next to Madison Square Garden, perfect location! I would stay here every time I come to NYC if it’s available.”

“There is a small grocery store about a 2 minute walk away and came in handy for essentials and snacks. The entrance door is at 1 of the 2 bedrooms. Bus stops are a 5-10 minute walk away. They were very accommodating and communicated efficiently. Fred is the sup and he was very helpful. Would stay here again.”

“We loved this apartment. It was a little bit of a walk from the main road (Hudson after getting off the path train), but very doable. Area is very walkable. Bed was very comfortable,But pullout was not. Loved that we could do a load of laundry before heading home. ”

“DO NOT RENT this unit unless you like a moldy shower curtain (so easy to clean/replace) to the all-night brightest main bedroom that had the thinnest curtains, the loudest street noise, and the weakest fan with no AC. Very hard to sleep. The only other fan in the entire unit was equally weak, and all the drapes were so dirty. You didn’t even want to touch them. The toilet barely flushed, and they don’t even bother to change the battery in the smoke alarm, which was beeping for three days. The……
