“The lift was out of order and will be for the next month I believe. The hotel is in need of an update and the beds are not comfortable. The staff were excellent though, very helpful and kind. No shuttle to the airport but an easy walk to it. Breakfast was alright but was a charge. Kids eat free for breakfast which was nice. ”

“Everything was great. Every member of staff - from Reception, restaurant, house cleaning, etc - were so helpful and welcoming, made our stay feel like being at home. Cannot recommend the Eglinton Arms too much. We'll be back.”

“The staff are amazing all friendly, cheery and helpful. The hotel has a nice homely feel to it, with a mix of modern and traditional styles. The grounds are immaculate and the rooms are clean and spacious. As for the food it is delicious and very reasonably priced. Will definitely return.”
