“I had several interactions with staff and they were all great! Friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, effective.
The building is a basic motel. The rooms have vinyl wood floors and are very clean.
I had two dogs with me and when I paid $175 extra it seemed maybe I should get something for that. But no dog bowls, no cookies, no poop bags. They weren’t set up to keep the room clean: no dog bed was provided and I had to use my own dog towels to wipe their feet. I also had to make a special……

“Oh yes; dog treats in the lobby; BIG help with me maneuvering puppy dog outside with 3 legs and 15 years old; rearranging rugs to accommodate him as he’s terrified of falling on wood, linoleum, and tile floors. These people WERE NOT ASKED for help either; they saw me struggling with my back issues; jumped right in to make accessibility easier for my baby doggy!”
