“The room we were given smelled of urine, lacked proper lighting and was generally unpleasant. We were told the hotel was completely booked and no other room was available. We talked with some relatives in the area and explained the situation with the room and they extended an invitation to stay with them. The hotel told us that since we had already checked in, they would not refund any of the money paid for the 3 nights booked. The woman behind the counter was rude. My husband gave back the……

“Location was easy to get to with many restaurant choices near by. Staff was very helpful at check in and check out. Room was clean and bed comfortable. This location also had good selection of breakfast choices.”
