La pehor experiencia vivida en Cancun.! Y no hablo de Cancun en si, si no de este Risort. El cual esta muy mal catalogado. Desayuno muy limitado y repetitivo, solo dos Restaurantes de especialidad y limitado, las habitaciones estándar son muy reducidas y precarias. ( yo me hospede en una suite Junior y estaba bastante bien). Tiene una sola piscina mas pequeña que la de el gimnasio que frecuento, no tiene ninguna actividad o diversión en sus instalaciones después de las 5 pm, y las actividades diarias son una clase de zumba en la piscina y un juego de boleboll acuático. Honestamente NO LO RECOMIENDO.

Terrible, the worse resort I have ever been, it is not an all inclusive resort, or a resort , it’s more like a hotel. If you had being in an all inclusive resort, don’t go here, you will be disappointed , don’t waste your money, there are so many real, all inclusive resort that are in fact that.. I booked in NYX because it’s sales as a “ all inclusive resort “and because the reviews but I really belive those 10 of 10 reviews are made up reviews or from people that do not know what a all inclusive resort’s is. Bad experience since day one, the reception told me they don’t have two beds room even we pay from 3 people room, so, we 3,were supposed to sleep in a king size bed. ohhh, but they will see if they could give me a 2 beds room. They left 2 towels , the complementary refrigerator has only 2 items , I had to call them to ask for the drinks. I wish I had just read the bad reviews and listen to those people because those are actually the most accurate to my experience

I stayed here with my friends and really enjoyed our stay however, I was very upset with our all inclusive food options. When you get to the property you discover that the restaurants only provide certain items on the menu that you can choose from and choices are very limited. The Chianti restaurant which we made reservations for tasted horrible and I would not recommend it. Other than the food concern I feel like the hotel is beautiful and all of the staff was amazing.

My husband and I went to this hotel for our 1-year wedding anniversary. Our trip happened to fall at the same time that Hurricane Beryl was coming through Cancun. The staff did a great job making us feel safe and welcome through an unusual situation. They gave us an upgraded room, which had a great view of the bay and a balcony. They had to make changes to their usual accommodations for the first 36 hours that we were there, but the accommodations were still comfortable. By Saturday, things were back to normal. We did a photoshoot (courtesy of the hotel) and could select 2 photos for free. On our anniversary they brought us champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries to our room - an unexpected and pleasant surprise. We had a wonderful anniversary dinner at Chianti, the Italian restaurant on site, but you must stay a minimum of 3 nights to get 1 dinner at Chianti as part of the all-inclusive package. Also, during our anniversary dinner at Chianti we were given a beautiful dessert and the saxophone player played a beautiful song for us. Overall, we had a great time, even with the hurricane. Only a few downsides: we wish there had been a few more food options included, traffic made the room a bit noisy at nighttime, and wish the pool-towel service was available in the evening. All things considered, we really enjoyed our anniversary trip to Hotel NYX.

Extremely bad experience staying at the property. The bedroom floors were sticky. After check in and when we went to the room , had to call 10 times to get room service and information. The rooms don’t have enough plug points. Instructions to hotel activates are very unclear . They don’t mention anywhere where the activities are happening .The food was decent but I went expecting to have good Mexican food. But had to have that from other restaurants. Due to hurricane, they suspended all activities and was very impolite when asked for refund for all inclusive except stay. They only had one restaurant kept open during the situation. They have free photoshoot service from 3rd party and they are very unkind to the situations as well. They have free shopping tour, but the guide only speaks in Spanish.

Our stay at NYX hotel was great. They offered a lot of dining options including breakfast, lunch and dinner. Everything is included in "All Inclusive" package (drinks too). Great property with great staff. Everyone was really friendly and plenty of activities to do.

When other reviewers say the property is “small” they aren’t exaggerating but that’s not a bad thing. Wife and I spent 5 days here and it was great. Had decent food options and the online reservation system worked great to ensure you got a spot. They happened to be doing construction while we were there so it was a bit noisy but we didn’t care that much since it was a vacation with nowhere we had to be. Nice place!
