You'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Our place is directly on the beach with spectacular views and a gorgeous beach. Facilities like pools, jacuzzi, lounge chairs, shades, gym, tennis court are available for you free of charge
Wifi, Smart tv, AC.
We have an all inclusive feature that is optional daily for food and drinks as we share facilities with Oleo Cancun resort which has been also recently remodeled (today $90 usd 9am-12am)
There are 3 restaurants directly across the street and a convenience store

14 minutes drive from the airport
We have a private driver service (at a charge) that would make everything smooth as you need for a stress free vacation.

Free parking available in case you decide to rent a car. We don´t recommend it as the hotel zone is a long stripe easy communicated by public bus.

We also book tours and activities for you at special prices, and most of them includes round transportation from the Airbnb

2nd floor studio with 2 full size bed and gorgeous views in a quiet and safe aerea of Cancun´s hotel zone. Ocean view balcony, Wifi, Smart Tv, safe, A/c, fridge, microwave, electric oven.

No visitors allowed (following condominium rules)

Pets: only under 15 pounds are accepted, as we must follow the Condominium rules

Beautiful view

Room was perfect for what we needed and bed was very comfortable. Augustin was always very responsive to any questions we had and very helpful with transportation to and from the airport as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Room 1209

Room was clean including bed linens,toilet/shower, floors. Building was a little older but very clean. Room appeared newly upgraded - nice! View and room were as shown. There was enough cookware and dinnerware for basic meals. The little store across the street had basic canned and dry goods plus a Mexican food stand indoors. I felt safe in the area. Try the 19.5 restaurant which is also across the street. Great burgers and burritos. I would stay again.

Exceptional place

Great spot, good atmosphere, great beach, can't ask for more. And most importantly, at a good distance away from all the high-traffic tourist spots at Cancun. All the beauty of Cancun without the loud crowds

Great place great experience!

This place was everything it says it is and more. I’m afraid to say too many good things because I don’t want it to get so booked up that we can’t come back! Highly recommend.
