“This is not a quiet hotel. It is more of a B&B. It is a beautiful place, and the art installations are really interesting. The furnishings in the room are really cool and funky. The neighborhood is very quaint, and the end is close to cafés and bars and galleries. That’s the good. There are no staff on site after the afternoon. One night there was no hot water. Their system usually depends on solar panels, but there had not been sun and somebody forgot to turn on the back up. The rooms……

“A beautiful building. Comfortable bed and a great night's sleep. Spacious room with a lounge. Bathroom was big with a spacious deep bath, good shower unit lovely blue tiles. Our balcony had a view over St Theresa and down town Rio. Staff were very help when our WiFi was not working and I was using up all of my data allowance. The fault was fixed. A view of a variety of birds from our balcony, even marmasets. Room was clean. The neighbourhood vibrant, lively and lots of restaurants bars and……

“La situation n’est pas idéale car le quartier de Lapa est assez dangereux. La rue est très très bruyante toute la nuit. La literie est en mauvaise état et les sanitaires assez vieux… Un hôtel pour des jeunes qui veulent faire la fête mais pas pour des familles recherchant le confort.”

“The hotel was ok. The room we stayed in was huge but weird at the same time. The mattress wasn’t very comfortably. The staff were very helpful. The location was perfect to walk around and sightseeing.”

“The property was nice. The room (on 4th floor) had an interesting smell. I thought it smelled like moth repellant or cockroach repellant. But my wife said it smelled like moist mold or something. It wasn’t very bad. Breakfast was very good. The staff was really great. ”

“房間不大，但整體舒適，有附上兩雙拖鞋。價位偏高，附近不是很容易到達也並非很安全，因臨近貧民窟。但飯店很獨立，有自己的花園，泳池。內部附設的餐廳和酒吧都有一定水準。”
