“总体来看还是蛮不错的，房间够大而且很舒服！”

“Checking in to a typical beach house you feel like you have a place to stay for the week, but that’s about it. This is NOT that place. From the second I unlocked the door I felt like I was at home. The decor, the small touches of personalization, the welcome guide, and all the extras made this feel like a home away from home for the week. My kids loved the upstairs loft living room space and bikes in the garage. The adults had plenty of space to relax and really enjoy the vacation. Everyone was……

“This is our fourth summer in this house - it is perfect for our multiple families. The great room lets us all spend time together, and the beach is so close, and so quiet. We arrived to an issue left from the previous group. The owner/management was responsive and fixed it quickly.”

“Clean, bright, cute house! Beds were comfortable and AC was great. Great location in short walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping. Host Chip was very quick to send details, check in on trip and offer any help. 5 star house and host! Thank you Chip and family.”

“Beautiful home and great location.”

“We stayed here with our 3 kids and had a wonderful time. The condo is just a block from all of the shops, restaurants, and ice cream parlors located on the Main Street in the town. And then it is very easy to walk just a few minutes to the beach. Check in process was great and communication with the host was prompt and helpful. We appreciate being able to check in early and drop off our stuff before we headed to the beach on our first day. The condo itself was spacious and perfect for our……

“We have extremely lovely stay and would highly recommend it. Its extremely close to the downtown area, an easy walk to a bunch of the restaurants and stores. The space was perfect for us and was very kid friendly.Hosts were extremely responsive and even immediately brought over a new baby gate when we let the know that it was missing.Highly recommend Casa Fresa and Cape Charles as perfect family escape.”

“Chip is exceptional”

“This is a beautiful new home and we completely enjoyed our stay. So many convenient items are included, truly a great experience.”

“Comfortable house. Great location for fishing at the bottom of the eastern shore...right next to the boat ramp. Lots of space to park vehicles & boats.”

“I enjoyed staying here, solid place!”

“We enjoyed staying at this dog friendly duplex! Everything was very clean and as advertised. The walkability to everything was wonderful. We were worried that we might be able to hear the neighbors between the shared wall but didn’t hear a thing! It was fun to talk to neighbors and people passing by while sitting on the porch. We also didn’t have to worry about parking for the Friday night concert - all we had to do was step out the door! Our furry family member enjoyed many walks in the park……
