An absolutely beautiful home -- clean and spacious with beautiful views. Very nice hosts with great knowledge of the area and its history. Breakfast was fabulous and plentiful. We would definitely stay again.

The hosts were great and the bedroom clean and comfortable. Fresh breakfast was served. It wasn't easy to find since Google maps gave a wrong turn but I called and the host gave me good directions.

Rebecca was an amazing hostess and chef. This a beautiful place to stay and is decorated impeccably inside . A wonderful bedroom and bed was perfect along with the breakfast the next morning . Close to everything on Highway 11.

Very nice place to stay. We have never been to Hawaii before and this was our first trip there. Room was extremely comfortable, breakfast was amazing. Host was very nice and accommodating. I've travelled a lot over the last 4 decades and Kona Palace has the best view of any property I've stayed in. It is cozy and secluded and it was amazing just to sit on the patio and watch the sun come up from the side of a mountain! The surrounding foliage is beautiful and the accomodations are comfortable. The cherry on top was finding we had a hot tub!

Great location! Close to the best snorkeling places. My favorite was Two Steps beach 10-15 mins drive from the property. Can highly recommend morning hours snorkeling there. Fantastic view of the captain Cook bay from the property.
