Hd a quick stopover, and the hotel was clean and as expected. The team at the front desk were very helpful with check in and also directions and ideas for local food places as we had got in late. The room was clean and the best part was the addition of the car park which was safe and secure.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the Leonardo Cardiff. We were checked in by the lovely Joanna, who is fantastic. The hotel was spotless, not ultra modern but for its age and character it was faultless. The breakfast is extremely good value for money and the food was excellent. The room amenities were also excellent, there was a mini fridge, iron and ironing board, safe and hairdryer. Large desk and vanity area. The beds were really comfy. I’d definitely recommend staying here and I’d be more than happy to stay again. We also had a room upgrade which was a nice surprise.

Didn’t like the shower, water needed in the room especially due to current heat wave. Arriving for breakfast at 09.40 resulted in most food either all gone or very low. Reception staff extremely pleasant & helpful, large bed was very comfortable. Overall good location.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast is amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The only thing is, the scent of the soap and shampoo is so bad. Other than that I am very pleasant about the whole experience.
