Avoid and not 5 star. Lovely spa, grounds and the hotel itself. Room dated, plus avoid a family room as above the bar area that plays very loud music until 12. Went for a relaxing family get away, felt I went to Ibiza

Brilliant Stay

Very comfortable and very clean room, food in Pad was excellent and breakfast better than had anywhere else. Staff really friendly and really helpful. Overall brilliant stay. Can’t wait for our next stay, would recommend to all.

Actually a lovely hotel. Far nicer inside than the view you see from the M4 - which is more Colditz-esque! All staff were great - shout out to Nikki and Davina on check-in. The one issue was that my aircon didn't work so ended up moving rooms just before midnight. Apparently it was a known issue - if so not sure why I was given that room?! Anyway, sorted with polite professionalism. Would def stay here again, especially given it was cheaper than both the nearby Premier Inn and Travelodge!

Amazing stay.

Amazing stay, staff are very helpful and friendly. Only thing i would say is the drinks are too over priced! Otherwise perfect. We stayed on the 6th floor Adults only. Beautiful room only thing i could pick fault with wss that it was a balcony roombut no chairs to wnjoy it on a Beautiful sunny day.

Woodland Walk

Lovely place for a break away. Beautiful walks, but it was muddy when we went, take suitable footwear and clothing that you don't mind getting dirty if you intend going on the woodland walk, Lovely hotel, great service.
