"There's a railway 🚂 nearby the motel. Last time I was staying on the second floor. This time, I asked for the ground floor. Every 10 mins. There's a train passed through the town all night. LoL. Next time, I better stay on the second floor again. Maybe this was the winner low season time for the motel. The morning breakfast didn't prepare good for guests. Anyway, this is the good place to stay for the Jehovah's Assembly that was in Onoway. "

"Had made reservation thro Expedia - called them to say 9 pm arrival , informed Me I had NO reservation !!! Gave them reservation # said had no record of it ..offered me a booking instead and I refused as felt I wasn’t paying for another room … Today my credit card had been charged !!! How can you. Charge for something that wasn’t booked?? "

"Room was quiet and bed was comfy. Bathroom walls were dinged up and definitely showed it's age (shower curtain had stains, blow dryer was dangling from metal wall plate by cord, tiles cracked and sealant/grout missing, etc). Microwave and fridge were unplugged, which we didn't notice until the last day. Blackout curtains were great. Plenty of hot water. Staff was friendly and helpful. Family enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Buffet was good, area was kept clean and tidy. Paid through Expedia and verified payments at check-in and checkout (confirmed zero balance in their system). Hotel then 'accidentally' charged us again for rooms after we checked out. Husband called them to reverse extra charges. Not sure how they figured we were unpaid since their system said zero balance. Maybe corporate's system has a glitch?"

"Scarlett was very easy to deal with when booking & confirming our stay; her property was so cute! Lovely fireplace to cozy around; boardgames for hours of fun at the kitchen table; all the kitchen immenities we needed! Clean & large bedrooms & bathrooms - plus a single car garage to park a vehicle. Approx 3 block walk to lake front! Very enjoyable & comfortable stay!"
