I got every confirmation email you can think of, payment requests, address day of, everything checked out until we showed up to check in and they said they double booked us both of nights! Said there were guests in there but everything was locked up and empty! Then they gave us a number to call and the first thing they asked is credit card number so we couldn’t even get through to them! We were……

“Good location for shops and food nearby. Very clean and Char was great. She kept us informed and let us know we could reach her if need be but she didn’t hover. Excellent stay!”

“It was a great place to stay for the night! We went to a concert at Comminwealth and it was close to the venue, which was great since we ended up having to walk back after the concert due to not being able to get a cab or uber. It was clean and looked exactly like the photos. When we arrived we were able to park our car in the garage which was great. Only problem we had was the door code not working but they were quick to get back to us with an alternative code that worked! Would recommend as a……

“I worked online on the first day. It was cold in the AM in the basement suite with no baseboard heaters or space heaters. I let management know and I think they cranked up the heat. By midday, the temp was fine.There was a weird smell (sewage?) that emerged on Sunday. I couldn't tell where it was coming from.They rent out the upstairs and I got woken up at 1:30am on Sat night by the guests.It was a cheap price so I think the price matched the quality. No frills, but it got the job done.”
