“The house was roomy, clean and in a nice neighborhood. Hosts responded to messages quickly. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Overall good experience. Nice and quiet. Comfy bed - great sleeps. Off street parking was nice. Hosts were quick to respond to issues. A bit of a stumble with internet connection. Manual in suite not accurate. Suite was missing face cloths in bathroom and washclothes for kitchen (easy fix). Coffee maker needed filters. Walk in shower was great for mobility challenged. Modern appliances.”

“Horrible experience, Do not recommend. Left 2 (of 5) nights early due to how bad it was.1. House is very damaged: 10 holes in walls/damage, water damage in roof, and many taps not working.2. No water in home. Directed by owner to go to mechanical room to open main water valve. 3. No power in plugs in basement. Had to access electrical panel to flip breaker. 4. Yard overgrown weed infested and not mowed. Extensive broken glass throughout the yard (which I picked up) served as a major hazard for……

“Cute place. Spacious. Doesn’t feel like a basement suite with tall ceilings. This was my second time staying here and both times were great.”

“We loved the space”

Toe nail clippings and small curly hairs all over the bathroom, there was poop on the back of the toilet seat, no toilet paper, dishes had prints and hairs all over them. I was scared to walk on the floor without socks. I went out after work and purchased my own cleaning supplies. The people upstairs were up most of the night yelling and playing music, every single night I was there. I mean it is cheap but i think clean-ish should be minimum. I tried to……

“Perfect little basement suite! Cozy, comfortable and easily accessible”

“A year later, this is still a great place to stay, exactly what I'm looking for.”

“I didnt not see it was shared kitched it was it a little write up at the end I thought it was an enclosed suite my own room living room kitchen it would be better if under kitchen it said shared there not at the end. The host were wonderful but we are very private ppl and like to cook when we want and come and go which we could but it felt wrong to come in late as we felt we would disturb the owners.”

“Description is perfect. 1/2 hour walk to u of a”

“Very peaceful beautiful cozy host . Parking is very convenient. I would highly recommend you to stay here .”
