“We had an amazing experience with Eli, we had to make some last minute changes and he stepped up and took care of us! I would highly recommend stay with this host!”

“Great location, house and host!”

“Very small but clean and comfortable would recommend to anyone”

“I didn't receive an email for the code so when I arrived I had to contact the property manager. He was quick to respond. My issue with the property was that someone knew the code to the apartment I was staying in and broke in but left as soon as they heard I was there. I contacted the manager and all I was told was that no one from their team was there. I didn't feel safe and they didn't resolve my issue. I was expecting them to change the code or change me rooms but I had no reponse after I……

“The Host was extremely effective at communication, with helpful directions to enter the apartment. Each unit was labeled well.”

“Thank you we had a wonderful visit to Fargo. The apartment was well stocked and met our needs. Thanks for the extra coffee (we used most of it). The only comment would be to specifically list the types of beds in each room. We have expected two twins in one and a twin and double in the other. It would have also been nice to know there was a pull out couch.Great place and we will likely book it again!Char”

“Our main issue was that the listing said that it sleeps 6 people and there are only 2 beds and a couch (that does not pull out). Also, the air conditioner had a hard time keeping up with cooling the place. It did not cool down until comfortable enough to sleep until about 2am. The location and parking was great.”

“Our stay was great! The house was very comfortable. The location is really pretty good - close to food and shopping and the interstate, but still in a quiet area. Also close to the new Sanford Hospital if you need a place for that. Communication with the host was very good! The breakfast options were a nice surprise too. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Great stay. The property was clean, well equipped, and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Clean, convenient to downtown, host was easy to work with and I would book this place again!”

“It is a basement apt. There was no smoke detector. Very musty. We emptied the full dehumidifier but did not help. There are area rugs on top of area rugs throughout. Looks like it is to cover the water damage. Broken/missing tile in the tub/shower. There is nowhere to hang clothes. Tony was very responsive but we will not stay there again.”

“Those couple days were so comfortable. It was just like I was at home.”

“Pleasant space with peace and quiet. This is a apartment in an apartment building. Concenient parking, secure access.”

“Great location. Host provided wonderful communication and clear instructions.”

“Great stay! The location was absolutely perfect for our stay!”

“The host was great with communication. I felt like the description of having 5 beds was misleading as one was a single mattress for the floor and one was a pull out couch that we couldn’t get together. So one of my kids slept on a foam mattress cover on the floor. The host did apologize for not having this set up ahead of time. There were a few housekeeping concerns that we saw upon our arrival such as a pan of old fries in the oven, dirty dishes in the dishwasher and towels/sheets in the……
