“A couple things made the stay unpleasant. Key card didn’t work repeatedly. Bath tub and sink badly clogged, said they would snake the drain but did not. Bath tub walls and curtain had mould growing. No fan in bathroom made the whole room humid and stagnant. Attendant for breakfast wearing sweatpants, no gloves or PPE, and did not replenish cutlery and cups. Dirty breakfast area. Appeared to be insect or mouse droppings behind window curtain in breakfast area. Would not stay again and……

“Hotel and room were very clean, hot tub was hot, emergency stop button for hot tub broke, breakfast was hot and very good assortment cept could have used fresh fruit. Staff were just ok, not overly friendly but were ok!”

“Rooms were fantastic. Train at night was my only complaint and they provide white noise machine. Just should have turned it up louder. We loved having the bar, food, and shopping all in one building. This is freakin genius! ”

“Room was clean on check in but was not cleaned during the stay- didnt have very much interaction with any staff other than check in and out- he was friendly. Pool was nice(water could have been warmer) the room was nice enough , not the most comfortable bed or couch but overall fine”

“the people staying there are disrespectful they just did renovations (not a 5 star by far but you knew that when you’re booking) this is a budget motel . As they were putting new carpet in the whole building at once painting and fixing odds and ends ppl were literally trashing it so all the work they’ve done made no difference brand new carpet messed up trash all over like there isn’t big trash cans at the end of the 3 exits. to the visitors (soap and water is free amenity) trash all over……

“The beds were comfortable and everything seemed clean. Our room had an underlying urine smell. I would say the breakfast was just ok.”

“Breakfast was replenished with hot items. The room was spacious and very clean. Housekeeping staff and front desk staff were helpful and friendly. ”

“The property wasnt very clean, they are doing renovations at the property,regardless if it is open for business then it should be clean. I had to go to the front desk to get linens for the bed as it was not made. There was no cover on the bathroom exhaust fan & paint on ths bathroom fixtures. The were no towels or a bath mat for the jetted tub. The staff was polite but not very knowledgeable on the property. Maybe once the renovation is completed it wull be different. ”
