Oceanfront Beach House with Loft

A gated and private coastal retreat with spectacular ocean views! House has been remodeled and is warm and inviting. This is a split level house with 2 master suites on the lower level, kitchen on the split level, and family room, 3rd bathroom and 3rd bedroom upstairs. The upstairs bedroom has 4 double beds (2 built in bunk beds) with a loft complete with private couch and TV… a perfect setup for kids. The upstairs family room allows for better views of the ocean than most other units in the Colony. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools you will need.

The Monterey Dunes Colony offers a large swimming pool, a jacuzzi, tennis courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard, and a sand volleyball court.
