“This place is not suitable for any travelor. The building name does not match the name "Oceanus Oasis Retreat" and the only way to find the room is to contact the property manager who leads you into a different building where I assume each room is independently owned.
Here are some issues we found:
Lack of security-
The front door can open inwards and outwards because the door frame is loose.
Lack of cleanliness-
The couch has an odor, hair was found on the sheets, pair of panties found in a……

“The apartment is not called Phongliem 2. Phong Liem is the name of the property management company. They manage other properties from Phongliem 1-3. The actual apartment is one of the many Moung Thanh apartments and it is not 5 stars as shown in the listing. Maybe the hotel is but not the apartments. Some of the photos shown are not correct. The ones labeled 'Family Apartment' are correct while the ones labeled 'City Apartment' is not this location. You can tell from the balcony pictures, the……

“The staff is really helpful and nice.
The facilities are great, there are sauna, theater and mini golf course.
The breakfast they served taste good, especially the crab meat noodle soup.
However, the location is a bit far away from the city. We can still order food via grab.”

“You get what you pay for so.I cant really complain. To house 9 people with 3 rooms for 1 night at the rate of $68 Total is pretty amazing but the owner is really missing out the opportunities for a better rating due to his lack of maintenance in the units. The shower had no pressure whatsoever and was leaking in multiple areas so I you could get to shower was a trickle of water. As well, electrical wires were hanging with just electrical tape covering the leads. It seems he's only interested in……
