“The communication with this host is not good. It made check in a little frustrating. However, the villa is very nice and new. My only complaint is there is a washer but no dryer. To make it worse, there no designation to air dry our clothes either. We had to gather all the hangers in all the closets and dry them randomly around and outside of the villa. The worst thing about this villa is the super low water pressure. It made showering unpleasant. We only stayed one night so this didn’t seem……

“The property was beautiful, staff were very helpful and very warming and very willing to help with any request. The villas are lovely, pool was clean, the communication to the butlers was very efficient. I chose this villa after my flight was cancelled and was very happy with my choice. My only comment would be that I wished it had some convenience shops to get a variety of small snacks and fruits.”

“We loved meeting the Trinh family, they were very sweet and helpful during our stay, and obviously took pride in their home. The location was excellent, a short walk from the beach and walkable (or a quick Grab ride) to the markets and the town centre. Plenty of eateries in the immediate area. “The property makes you leave a cash deposit, they won't just hold it on your credit card. I asked for ice for my room, they said they don't have it. I asked for a fan for my room, they said they didn't have it. I asked for a king-size bed, they gave me two twins. When I pushed the two twins together, I found dirty cigarette butts and trash. "For this hotel you have to choose the executive building (new building) instead of the deluxe, which is very small and old. I had to just pay and upgraded my family to a one bedroom suite at the new wing, not going to stay in a 80’s looking congested room. As with everything else, service and VN standard and access into the island is very well arranged. The stars are for the deluxe room (old wing); the one bedroom grand suite which we paid for later on was perfect "
