“Two of us had to go to Van Buren and I made reservations thru Expedia when I called to let them know we were in town they couldn’t find my reservation when I called back to see if it show up in system lady said she couldn’t reach me and my card declined so she canceled my reservation. I told her that wasn’t possible it showed pending. She said it would come off in a day or two. When we arrived at motel my friend paid and we left next morning. Once I got home I checked my account and payment……

“Great hotel with wonderful rooms, service, and breakfast”

“I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. All I really need is a clean bed and fresh towels, and that’s exactly what I got. Everything was clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again in the future.”

“They charged us $30 for missing a pillow. We didn’t take it with us but I asked them to check the cameras and they didn’t check. They just said there was 8 pillows and now only 7? How did I know how many pillows before we arrived and after we left? Stay away from this place.”

“Having issues with coffee and juice station and not being well stocked for meals. The rooms were kept okay but had to ask for soap due to soap being empty. Other than that hotel stay was okay.”

“The young man who checked us in was friendly and helpful. We were also assisted by a young woman from housekeeping. Both were so kind and helpful.”
