“Downtown but not too expensive. Indoor/outdoor pool, not crowded, walking distance from high street, across the street is the best sunset in Columbus.”

“Brian and the other front desk clerks were great. I do not appreciate Marriott’s practice of charging more for the same room under the same booking ($139 Monday and $169 on Tuesday) due to “supply & demand”. I was not told about this by Hotel.com or Fairfield Inn until time of checkout. I will definitely be checking out other hotels practices before booking a hotel in the future. I would expect Marriott and Hotel.com to be more transparent and I find this practice akin to price gauging-unfair……

“The front desk clerk had a bad attitude, and the manager was rude. He kept talking on the phone while waiting in line to check in, and the room he arranged was far away. He also didn't actively give us biscuits, and didn't give us one more even if we asked for one.”
