“The resort was nice. The ocean front condo had a great view. There isn’t really much to do 9n “the resort”except swim. There were two pools. There is a small grab and go for food at the family pool but they are closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays and only open 8a-12p. When we asked about a good place to eat dinner we were handed a pamphlet which listed the poolside cafe that was closed that day and offered no suggestions. Although the staff was friendly, they offered no information on a plan for……

“We loved everything about this condo! It was super comfortable and right next to the beach! There were clear instructions and a nice binder of local attractions. It was nice having a separate space for our kids in the second bedroom. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. I will definitely try to book this again next time I travel to Kona!”

“It is really very close to the beach, you can even walk it.i also love the place itself. very quiet. The only thing really is the air con is very loud that you can’t sleep! That is the tie breaker. Either you sleep in comfort with the loud sound of the air conditioner blasting loud into your ear or hot but quiet during the night. I always end up turning off the air and just taking off my clothes under the covers Lol. Also the small window by the back porch doesn’t have a curtain so the neighbor……

“This place exceed my expectations! The beds were comfortable, the place was lovely, the balcony was amazing, and the location was perfect! There was also a beach umbrella, chairs, AND a boogie board available to use during beach days which my kids and I greatly appreciated. The whole Waikoloa area is adorable with shops, restaurants, and a beach all within a couple minutes of driving. This was my first visit to Hawaii and I couldn’t be happier with our choice to stay here! Also….if you choose……
