“Reserve la habitación suite 300 que supuestamente era la mejor. Llegamos a las 7 pm y la musica den restaurante era insoportable. Llamamos a recepción y dijeron que todos los viernes tienen musica en vivo hasta la 1 pm asi que no podia dormir en esa habitación..Me ofrecieron otro lugar a las 10 pm cuando era ya insoportable el ruido asi que la peor estancia de mi vida. Jamas pude descansar despues de este infierno asi que no entiendo como la propiedad permite musica hasta la 1 pm sin que les……

“非常差，居然没有配套的早餐。并且没有装修完就营业。凌晨一点多下飞机两点check-in，结果一到六点楼上楼下各种钻机敲打声还有震动。。。就差没跳楼。。。并且下午回房间卡失效，要旁边的清洁阿姨开房居然非常嫌弃地拒绝服务。。。”

“Todo bien! Todo limpio la atención del personal excelente me había ruido de construcción afuera de mi habitación perdí cambio y me dieron un upgrade a habitación superior sin costo. Sin embargo hay ruido en los alrededores por construcciones de otros edificios.”

“I literally paid for a new hotel and left 20 minutes after checking In. If you plan on spending the night out and just coming to sleep its fine but if you want a comfortable night with wine and a movie with your spouse it's a terrible place tv was small and not centered on the wall it doesn't have a table to sit a glass on and the bed was uncomfortable . It could be a nice hotel but the room I was given was not managed well ”
