"I like quiet places. So this hotel fitted my style well, though I needed to put the AC off at night because I could not handle the degree of noise it makes. I know a local who helped me some errands I needed to do. So I cannot talk much about how accessible to services the hotel is. Overall I liked it there and I will likely go back though I like hotels on the malecón for the view they offer. "

"The hotel has a lot of charm. The staff were quick to take care of any issues. The breakfast price for guests is too high for what you get."

"I love this hotel sometimes outside could get noisy if you get the balcony rooms and the beds are lil too firm for my taste but I love the location experience and how the staff took care of me thank you very much…"

"This property was excellent! I really enjoyed my experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly and inviting. I really loved my room as it was on the 15th floor with a spectacular view of the city. The room felt like my own little apartment and was equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and other basics such as spoons, forks, plates, etc. The pool was on the very top floor and has a beautiful view of the City, it was very relaxing and serene. The hotel is in walking distance of some shops and restaurants but also there are options like Uber Eats and PedidosYa to have food and items delivered to you. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel if your looking for an away home from home feel!"
"I like everything. Beginning with the front desk staff, very professional and friendly. The Bar, pool, Spa and wonderful lobby areas. This hotel is ny #1 option when planning my vacation. "
"Loved my stay here, I was extremely comfortable. The rooms are well appointed and furnished tastefully. The bathroom was spotless, with hot water and great pressure. I can't rate the breakfast because I am not a morning person, but the space on which its served is nice. I will look here first on my next trip to the DR."

"Good location; safe neighborhood; restaurants within walking distance. Apartment is nice, comfy, AC works great. The front desk people were friendly and helpful. The roof top pool is nice. I was too busy to use it (and the exercise room) more than once but they were good. I would definitely recommend this property and would use it again. "
