"We had an amazing stay at Grand Palladium Kantenah Family Selection. Everything was excellent, from the staff to the amenities. The beach was absolutely beautiful, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The food was outstanding with plenty of great options for the whole family. We’ve been to Riviera Maya 6 times and stayed at different resorts, and this was by far our favorite. It’s truly family-oriented and made for a relaxing, memorable vacation."

"From our check in (and check out) with Mich, to our daily lunches with Lourdes & Cesar at Helios, our thoughtful greetings from hostesses Miriam, Gabriela, Ashley, and Diego, to the exquisite service at the pool by Luis, and our gracious butler Alexis, to the breathtaking performances at Chic Cabaret… words can never convey how amazing the experience at TRS is! This is our third time celebrating our anniversary at TRS, and the only regret is not staying longer. We appreciate every ounce of attention provided, and joy spread every time we come. We adore the people here and the immaculate experiences they provide to guests - we can’t wait return and really hope to bring friends next time to share what feels like a hidden gem in a wonderful country! "Rooms were clean, a little dated. Restaurants were good & staff at these restaurants were great. However our experience with the staff in the world cafe was hit & miss. The preferred club staff on the beach were amazing — saturnino, Marcos, Laura, Salvador, Guadalupe, all the staff were fabulous "

"Nice property. The food was average, but better than other all-inclusive resorts I’ve tried. Great service and very friendly staff. The only issue was that they wasted half of our day trying to sell their travel packages. There was one lady on their sales team who was extremely rude and had a lot of attitude when we declined their “promotion package”. "
