The room was clean and comfortable. The common areas were not. The carpet in the hallways was rolled up, the upholstery on the benches in the breakfast area was completely gone / worn off. Disappointed in the overall appearance.

The room had a whirlpool bathtub, but when we tried to get the water to turn on the valves pulled off the tub. So we figured it was broke :-). Since we were there only one night and it was already late, we decided to NOT bring attention to it. Still, it would have been nice.

There were a few different charges to my credit card which were different and higher the amount I was coded by Expedia and the receptionist was not able to clarify that. The following day I talked to the Assistant Manager and was told the charges were pending and were going to be dropped. To this date 9/2/26 after we have left the hotel I have not been able to get the clarification.

Room was clean, but we were double booked and someone tried to come into our room at 6 am. Pool was closed, which was part of the reason we ended up there. Breakfast was average. Employees were extremely nice and helpful. Parking was easy to access. Room was nice and cold.
