It was the smoothest check-in and fastest I've ever gotten my bag from baggage claim. Flight landed early. It was really great.

the in flight movie was playing but my controls did not work to turn the volume down or up. others nearby had the same problem. the flight attendants were eager to help and very nice. they got that part working but then the movie would not play. tv shows however did. either way they were really nice in continuing to solve the problem as much as they could. :)
