Regarding the long flight Frankfurt to BA

The overhead compartments no longer have any capacity. The meals are getting more meager ever time I fly. Otherwise, food service.

Suggestion: reserve a section for families with infants, so they can all be together.

I visited the Condor office in section C of Frankfurt Airport to get my miles and more points added for my Condor flight and a very rude representative told me that I could do this at the gate for my connecting flight on Lufthansa. I asked him if he was ABSOLUTELY sure that I could have the Condor flight recorded on to my miles and more card at the gate for my connecting flight and he said he was sure. Guess what happened? I got to the gate for my connecting Lufthansa flight to Prague and the representative there said that "Condor doesn't know what it's doing and should not have told me that, because it's the WRONG information. She said she could only add the points of my flight to Prague at that counter. WHY does Condor employ people who don't know what they're doing or saying to customers? The representative at the Condor office was quite rude when he assured me that my Condor flight miles could be added to my miles and more card. You hire these rude people to represent you, to be your public face to the world. Why? I get more and more disenchanted with all things Condor every time I use your services.

Very nice experience

On the flight out of Frankfort, there were a ton of people with special meals. Those people were served their meals first. It took about 30 minutes for the special meals to be served, so people sitting near or next to you were done with their meal before the others were even served. When there are that many special meals to be served, it seems as if there is a better way to serve all meals at the same time. Also, on the flight from DFW to Dublin with a change of planes in Frankfort, I was told we would not have to go back through security to make our connecting flight, but that was incorrect. We had a very long walk to another part of the terminal and did have to go back through security. On the connecting flight back to Dallas everything was smooth--the gate was close to the one we arrived into and we did not have to go back through security. I'm not sure why we had to go back through security on the DFW to Frankfort leg. We had a very tight connection and were lucky to make it to the gate.
