Really nice place, the room and bathroom was clean and spacious. Good was ok, a bit limited choices. But for us it was very convenient as we needed to be close to Oak Brook.

The cleanliness of the rooms were not ideal. It seemed like the room wasn’t vacuumed or wiped down properly. We could see pieces of garbage in the middle of the room. The pool area was fine, but again did not seem properly maintained. The TV in the room was not a smart TV and had satellite cable (which seemed weird compared to the price and amenities typically offered and most other hotels nowadays). The cable cut out due to poor weather, so if you don’t bring your own HDMI cord, you really can’t do anything with the TV. It’s a 3-star hotel that lacked 2-star hotel amenities.

My only criticism for this property is I wish the lighting in the rooms were warmer colored. Everything was so cool toned I felt like I was at the doctor’s office. Besides that everyone was extremely friendly and check in/out was very easy and the room itself was nice

My hotel options from today onward will be to satay at the Hilton in Oakbrook. The location was within a 30 minute drive of three malls and excellent dining option, if you chose to dine outside of the hotel. The grounds was beautiful and I loved the option to sit outside near the pool area and an area was set aside for those who smoke. I would highly recommend this hotel as your first choice if you do not want to stay downtown Chicago

The hotel was very clean and well kept up. The indoor and out door pool were a perfect temperature and had plenty of available seating. My only complaint is the beds were much too firm for my liking

The staff is professional, courtesy, always with a smile and a soft tone they are there to help. The food is very good- sitting at the bar, room service or in the restaurant- and consistent With a Starbucks on the property there is strong coffee and a tasty treat. Overall the property is old and in need of an update, Chips in the wood on the elevator and 2/6 elevators working, toilet unable to flush.
