“Host was helpful with information. House was beautiful with nice amenities — three en suite bedroom/bathrooms, spacious kitchen and great room, game room in basement. Location was convenient.”

“My group of 8 had a great stay here at the Roosters Den on our ski trip. The house was very clean and welcoming when we arrived. There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out with room for more. We took advantage of the hot tub as well as the pool table. We also utilized the kitchen daily and it was stocked up with any dish and cookware you would need. The view from the porches was awesome too. We were 10-15 minutes from Ellicottville which was a very lovely town. David was a great host...
