"Este hotel superó mis expectativas, las camas eran cómodas , la ducha estaba bien y buena presión de agua , la calefacción perfecta, y la ubicación súper ! Al frente del hotel había un restaurante súper bueno , todo céntrico el personal súper amable ! Si vuelvo a New York este será mi lugar seguro ❤️"

"La estadía a sido decepcionante. El ruido de los equipos en la habitación q dan al interior es insoportable. Tuve que dormir con tapones de oídos toda la semana. La calefacción y ventilación de la habitación es complicada de regular por tener equipos muy viejos. La atención luego de reclamar el primer día y que me propusieran pasar a otra habitación con peor ruido y sin más opciones luego de rechazar el cambio fue lamentable. The stay was disappointing.
