“The property is located on the outskirts of Tannersville. The location is very close to hiking including the iconic Kaaterskill Falls. Unfortunately, the location is overshadowed by a very disappointing property. Its essentially run down motel in the back of a closed restaurant with a for sale sign out front. The building was not very clean and no staff were on site. The pictures are also a bit misleading as the restaurant is now closed and the grounds have deteriorated since the closure. The……

“When we arrived, the place was like a sauna. Lifted the lid on the hot tub. It was green. The outside of the place looked like the grass had not been cut so the outside area where you could relax by the hot tub was not inhabitable. The blinds in the bathroom looked like section 8”

“The house is spacious, comfortable, and has a unique character of its own. It is perfect for a large family with children and is beautifully surrounded by nature. We truly enjoyed our stay. David was an exceptional host—attentive, helpful, and wonderful to deal with. We highly recommend this place!”

“Perfect for a short get away”

“We had a wonderful stay from February 26–March 1. Check-in was easy and the place was very well stocked, which made settling in simple.The foosball table was a big hit — we had fun family competitions in the evenings. The large windows were beautiful and provided stellar views, and we even saw deer nearby which was a special treat.Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return in the future.”

“Our host was amazing, flexible and keeping us informed all the way due to some weather challenges. in the end we totally enjoyed our stay… during our ski trip (Belleayre). The peacefulness at the silo is incredible. A beautiful experience! We’ll be back!”
