The hot water is not available if you do not get up at 6 am to bathe; this is a hotel with thousands of guests a day the water should always be hot. Also the shower head in my room was hanging and not attached to the wall; it is extremely hard to try n shower and hold the shower head as well. When checking in they front staff does not let you know anything about the elevator and that you have to ride one to a certain floor then get off and ride another one to get to the rooms. They just let you go up and look lost when you get in and your floor is not listed then you have to come all the way back to the front for them to explain. The only helpful and friendly person was the concierge that worked at night.

Ended up in a room on the interior so our view was just other hotel rooms and the pool below. Kind of annoying to not be able to see the city at all or anything other than windows. Rooms itself was clean. Be aware the fridge is a micro fridge. You can fit about 6 bottles of water in there and that’s it. Elevators are annoying as you have to take 2 to get to your room. Parking is across the street and underground. Hard to find the hotel. There are no signs letting you know where the hotel is at all. Not even a sign outside the hotel. So overall nice place but things could be better. Safe area. Walkable to many things. Right on the river if you could get a room with a view.

BED BUGS!!We were there for the big 10 tournament checked in on Thursday Friday morning. My husband said something is biting me. I didn’t think much about it and then the next night like about 2 AM. He got up and said said something is really biting me so anyway we got up and looked at bites on his back! he went downstairs. They said we will move you and we will have a team address your room immediately we have a team on STAND BY!! I advise you not to stay there when we got home, this morning they called denied having a problem in our room, and now we are having to deal with all the clothes that were in our suitcases to make sure we do not get an infestation in our house. Needless to say, I’m double unhappy. BEDBUGS DON’T LIE.
