There were major delays and cancellations at Chicago airport and we had to stay the night. We reached the hotel as the hotel restaurant was closing. The front desk and the restaurant staff made us feel very welcome and took care of all our needs, making our unplanned stay so comfortable. Highly recommend, the pool and the other hotel areas looked amazing, would have loved to have explored more if we had the time.

I stayed here because I needed an early morning airport shuttle, but was so pleasantly surprised. The staff is wonderful, there’s a great pool area, my room was lovely and there’s a nice restaurant. It’s not far to the mall - you can Uber for $12 - and the airport shuttle runs every 1/2 hour.
