I was really impressed with the hotel overall for the price, and the staff member who checked us in. It’s like a gem within Willits, and the breakfast was great. Parking seemed safe behind the hotel, lit up and 24-hour front desk staff.

The room was a little dated with some trim around the floors in the bathroom showing a lot of aging and the refrigerator making very loud noise when it turned on. The front desk clerk was amazingly helpful and even called the room about 30 minutes after I checked in to ask if the room was OK and if I needed anything extra. Breakfast was good and the new coffee setup where the machine grinds the beans for each cup is much better than the old coffee makers in the rooms.

It was an ok property. Check in was smooth, room was clean, but the pool - which is a big deal for my kids, was dirty, and had bugs swimming in it.
